Pregnancy and the post-partum period can be difficult for many women, especially those who are vulnerable to depression. Mindfulness practices can make a big difference in maintaining your spirits and handling those blue periods. Learn more about how depression and mood swings might affect you during pregnancy and after the birth of your child, and what you can do about it. We'll practice a mindfulness exercise together and discuss other mindfulness resources.
