Action-oriented, individualized coaching is at the core of everything we offer. This simple yet powerful process, grounded in scientific research, provides a host of easy-to-use tools that build a lasting capacity for health.

Coaching lets you build the skills to take charge of your own well-being. Family Coaches work with you to identify areas you want to address and make changes you can sustain over time. You’ll find science-based information about the issues you face daily, together with practical techniques for creating your healthiest, most satisfying life.

One to One Coaching gives you private, personalized time with a Family Coach, on your own schedule. For some families, 1 or 2 sessions are enough, while others may want to meet 10 times or more. One to One Coaching is available on all listed program topics or other issues you identify – by appointment or during walk-in hours at the Coaching Corner.

Small group classes and workshops let you work closely with a Family Coach while sharing experiences with other families who have similar interests and concerns. Most are available as a single session or a 5-class series. Classes offered on a rotating schedule that changes seasonally.
