The UCLA Family Commons isn’t just about problems. We’ve got awesome martial arts classes. Our creative yoga classes are designed especially for kids. Mindfulness – paying attention to your breath and sensations – isn’t only for adults. All of these can help you be stronger in sports, focus more in school, and feel more confident with friends.
