FREE to all Santa Monica residents

Recycling is important, but it’s only one part of a greener lifestyle. Changing what you buy and reducing what you use and are just as important – whether it’s energy, water, plastic, toxic chemicals or packaging.

Learn how your family can make simple changes that will keep you healthier and protect the earth at the same time. When you incorporate sustainable practices into your everyday lifestyle, you'll improve your quality of life and save money, while you save the earth's resources.
