MAPs 2 - Next Steps

In this follow up class to MAPs I, we will focus on maintaining and sustaining a daily mindfulness practice, how to bring mindfulness into our daily activities, how to develop more concentration, and how more confidence and wisdom can arise in our practice.

Pre-requisite: Attendance in any introductory MAPs I or equivalent mindfulness introductory class with permission from our instructor.

MMA Drop-In Fitness Training

Enjoy a fun, action-packed workout during your lunch break or when your kids are at school. Includes basic self-defense, fight training, strength-building and more, all grounded in the "new tradition" of mixed martial arts. Offers a great way to relieve stress, energize yourself, and get in shape at the same time. Perfect for moms, dads and other busy people. All fitness levels welcome.
