Dr. Rebecca Eberlin, Ph.D.

Dr. Rebecca E. Eberlin is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in providing evidenced based treatment and assessment to children and their families with a variety of emotional, behavioral and developmental challenges. While focusing on the role of psychology in healthcare, she has conducted individual, group and family therapy as well as parent education and consultation liaison services across the age span in medical and community health outpatient and inpatient settings. Rebecca graduated from the University of Michigan with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Political Science. She then returned to California and completed her Doctoral training at Pacific Graduate School of Psychology.

Rebecca is thrilled to be a family coach and staff member at the UCLA family commons as well as a Research Psychologist at the Semel Institute’s Global Center for Children and Families. Over her years of training, she has developed a passion for working with multi-stressed children and their families. Rebecca lives in Santa Monica with her husband where they enjoy taking advantage of life near the beach. While she enjoys all of Los Angeles’ opportunities to soak in the sun, she will always be a northern California girl at heart. Rebecca is working on making the time to work out and eat right. She loves to walk or ride her beach cruiser along the Strand. While Rebecca prefers her home to be in order, she is learning to let go of the little things. Even though she knows Chipotle chicken burritos are on the do not eat list, she does not see herself completely cutting them out of her diet.
